Returns
Maybe you changed your mind? Maybe it was too big/small/odd? Maybe you want a longer/different chain? No matter the reason, you are always welcome to return your order within 30 days of receiving it (Extended Christmas return until Jan, 30th 2026).
To be eligible for a return, the returned item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original jewellery box.
If you wish to make a return, please follow the instructions below.

Get in touch! Before you ship back your returned item, please contact me at hello@morningdewcph.com with a receipt or proof of purchase. Add your name, specify which items are to be returned and your reason for returning. State your order number in the subject field.

After you receive an email confirmation of your return, you are ready to initiate the shipping. Please remember that the return is your responsibility. Pack your returned item carefully. You are welcome to re-use the original wrapping. It doesn't have to look pretty, but it needs to be well-packed. I encourage you to use Track'n'Trace. Lost or damaged parcels are not eligible for a refund. If you ship abroad, mark your parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid wrongful Customs charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email in which you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, I will process the reimbursement and the refund will be returned to your credit card or original payment method.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. They can however still be exchanged for another item or webshop credit. Please follow the instruction for returning an item above.
Gifts
If you received a gift bought and paid by someone else you can exchange it for another item or webshop credit. Please note that a refund is only possible if you have the original receipt of purchase. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Gift cards
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be refunded. Products purchased with gift cards cannot be refunded either. They can however still be exchanged for another item or webshop credit.
Returning in LADYFINGERS
Items bought online at www.morningdewcph.com can't be returned at the LADYFINGERS store in Copenhagen without prior arrangement. If you wish to return your order at the store, please contact me at hello@morningdewcph.com. Please note that I can't process webshop refunds in store. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
