To my lovely customers in the EU — I’m very sorry to say that, for the time being, I’m no longer able to ship to EU countries outside of Denmark. New EU packaging legislation has introduced additional requirements for businesses shipping across EU borders. As a very small independent business, the administrative requirements and costs involved are unfortunately more than I can reasonably manage with the small number of orders I send to each country. I’m genuinely sad to have to make this change, especially as I’ve had wonderful customers from all across Europe over the years. I very much hope that a more workable solution for small businesses will become available in the future, so I can open EU shipping again. EU Shipping

I’m sorry, but due to new EU packaging legislation, I’m currently unable to ship to EU countries outside of Denmark. I hope to be able to offer EU shipping again in the future.

Handmade Jewellery & Production Time

Please note that all my jewellery is handmade to order. Jewellery making is a delicate craft that cannot be rushed, and each piece is made with great care and attention to detail.

Many pieces are available in stock at the LADYFINGERS store in Copenhagen and I aim to complete and prepare these orders for shipping within 3–7 business days.

As I’m a small-scale maker, however, I’m not able to keep every piece in stock in every size and variation. Some pieces are therefore made or cast as orders come in, and I may also group pieces into small production batches. These orders require a longer production time due to the different stages involved in the making and casting process.

Fine jewellery one-of-a-kind pieces are already made and will be shipped as soon as possible.

If you need your order by a specific date, you are always welcome to reach out by email or leave a note in the comment section at checkout, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not include production time. Please note that delays may occur due to payment authorization, customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, etc.

Taxes, VAT & Customs

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT (25%).

If you are shopping from outside the EU, prices will be displayed and charged without VAT at checkout.

For orders shipped outside of the EU, please consult the customs regulations of your country. Morning Dew is not responsible for any duty fees, brokerage fees, or delays caused by customs.

Orders to the USA and Puerto Rico:
All customs fees are charged in advance at checkout. This means you will not be required to pay any additional customs duties or fees upon delivery.
